§ How the Agora works

Oracle stakes first
ORBITAL generates a prediction. The prediction is hashed and anchored to Solana. $CRED is staked against it before any investor reads the output. The oracle cannot claim a prediction it did not stake.

Investors take positions
Investors can stake $CRED with the oracle (prediction is correct) or against it (prediction is wrong). The ratio of stakes determines the market-implied probability in real-time.

Outcome resolves automatically
When the prediction window closes, ORBITAL checks the confirmation methodology against external sources. Correct → winning stakes mint new $CRED. Wrong → losing stakes burn $CRED. No human judgment.
