The oracle makes a prediction. The prediction window closes. The confirmation methodology checks the external source. If the oracle was correct: $CRED mints automatically.
The amount minted is proportional to the confidence stake. A HIGH confidence prediction stakes more and mints more. A MEDIUM confidence prediction stakes and mints less. The oracle must commit to confidence before the outcome is known.
