The Compliance Tensor

26 jurisdictions. 106 corridors. Every Living Instrument path computed in milliseconds.

The compliance tensor is a weighted directed graph where every node is a sovereign jurisdiction and every edge is a regulatory compliance corridor. Dijkstra's algorithm finds the minimum-cost path between any two jurisdictions for any asset class. The path is locked with a SHA-256 hash at genesis.

Passporting corridors
4 in tensor
ADGM→DIFC, LU→FR, CH→LU, CH→FR. These are regulatory passporting arrangements — not standard bilateral corridors. Lower friction, no re-registration. ADGM→DIFC at $5k/3d is the cheapest regulated→regulated Gulf path.
Auto-computed corridors
34 corridors
All Próspera ZEDE bidirectional connections are auto_computed at weight 50 ($50k). This means every jurisdiction in the tensor is reachable from Próspera — but the first-hop cost is high. Dijkstra then finds the cheapest continuation.
Treaty corridor
1 only
HN-PROSPERA → US-DE at weight 35 ($35k/25d) is the only treaty-class corridor in the entire tensor. All others are bilateral, computed, passporting, or auto-computed. Treaty corridors have special legal standing.
Cheapest DeFi access
KY at $1k
Cayman Islands to Jupiter-Solana is the cheapest offshore-to-DeFi path at $1k/1d, weight 3. BVI and Bermuda are tied at $1.5k/1d, weight 4. Every deal that routes through Cayman gets the cheapest possible DeFi final hop.
Untouched jurisdictions
NY · FL · EU
us-ny, us-fl, and eu exist in the tensor but had never been used as deal source jurisdictions. NYC Class A RE and Florida Opportunity Zone deals now structured from these. EU as a supranational entity represents €23T in addressable assets.

Common law dominant
15 of 26 jurisdictions are common_law. 5 civil_law (FR, EU, CH, LU, JP). 3 hybrid (AE, PR, Jupiter). 1 tribal (Catawba). 1 sez (Próspera, operates under its own charter). Common law dominates because it provides more flexibility for novel instruments.
